This website is operated by The Rice Financial Group, Inc. (“RFG”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website. RFG may revise these terms as website services or applicable requirements change.
Educational information—not a loan offer
Website content is general education and is not a commitment to lend, approval, preapproval, rate lock, Loan Estimate, legal advice, tax advice or financial advice. A mortgage decision requires an application, verified information, property review and underwriting. Programs, guidelines, rates, fees and funding may change without notice.
No guarantee
RFG does not guarantee qualification, approval, savings, closing dates, property eligibility or the availability of any loan or assistance program. Examples and client experiences do not promise the same result for another person.
Calculators and examples
Calculator results and payment examples are illustrative and depend entirely on the assumptions entered. They may exclude taxes, homeowners or flood insurance, mortgage insurance, HOA dues, CDD assessments, prepaid items and other costs. They are not a Loan Estimate or quote.
Secure information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax documents or other sensitive financial information through a general contact form or ordinary email. Use the secure application portal or another secure method provided by RFG.
Third-party websites
Links to government agencies, review platforms, application services and other websites are provided for convenience. RFG does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy or security.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, original website text, design and branding are owned by or licensed to RFG. Content may be shared for personal, noncommercial education with attribution but may not be republished commercially or presented as another company’s work without written authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or spam, impersonate another person, scrape personal information or use the website for unlawful activity.
